Jason A. McCumber represents clients in matters involving complex commercial litigation and financial services litigation in state and federal courts. His experience includes representing clients in matters involving contested mortgage foreclosures, breach-of-contract actions, title litigation, the collection of book accounts, and bankruptcy litigation.
Additionally, he has helped clients reach resolutions in matters involving business disputes, construction liability, civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) laws, fraud, and conspiracy. Jason’s experience also extends to the preparation of loan agreements, promissory notes, security agreements, guaranties, and collateral assignments of leases.
While in law school, Jason served as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Peter B. Abele of the Ohio Fourth District Court of Appeals.
