Kerry Ann Cummings has more than 15 years of experience representing financial institutions in litigation matters involving mortgage foreclosures, creditors’ rights, real estate, and title issues. She also defends client interests in insurance matters, primarily related to hurricane claims, and handles various other commercial litigation.
