Sarah is a Senior Associate whose litigation practice involves representation of regional, national, and international clients. Sarah works with clients to address issues in a number of areas including products liability, toxic torts, construction, and insurance defense.
In the products liability arena, Sarah has served the needs of manufacturers of a variety of products, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer products, with a particular focus on automotive products liability. Sarah’s toxic tort experience includes asbestos, mold, and chemical exposure claims. Sarah has represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and surety companies in disputes arising out of both public and private construction projects. Insurers and insurance brokers are also among the clients with which Sarah has worked, in litigation covering a range of issues including personal injury, property damage, and coverage disputes.
With experience in both mass tort and single-plaintiff matters, Sarah places a strong emphasis on the use of motion practice as a tool to bring about the successful resolution of litigation. Sarah also recognizes that each client and their goals are different, and understands the necessity of tailoring the approach taken in each case accordingly. This includes responsiveness and flexibility with respect to client needs in the administration of the case as well as to the legal strategy employed.
