Yaron Shaham provides counseling to some of the nation’s largest and most influential commercial banks, consumer finance companies, mortgage lenders, loan servicers, and a host of others involved in the realm of financial services.
He defends mortgage lenders and servicers, banks, and influential financial services firms in mortgage and foreclosure-related litigation, bank operation matters, and bankruptcy cases. Yaron's experience includes lender liability litigation, foreclosure disputes, loss mitigation, lien validity, and priority challenges.
Within the bankruptcy realm, Yaron has represented clients in all aspects of bankruptcy adversary proceedings including preferences, fraudulent transfers, and non-dischargeability on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, discovery, and mediation. His experience also includes Chapter 11 cases.
While in law school, Yaron served as a law clerk for Enron North America, where he negotiated and drafted natural gas contracts with national and international oil and gas companies.
