Executive Briefing 2003 (seminar announcements)

The annual Executive Briefing: Labor and Employment Law seminars have been scheduled for the upcoming year. On Friday, April 4, 2003, the initial seminar will be held at the D-Day Museum in New Orleans. A shortened version of the agenda will be presented in Houston on September 19, in Jackson on October 17, and in Monroe on November 14. The agenda will include information on new rules regarding whistleblower claims and HIPAAprivacy, as well as guidance on protecting employer assets and drafting and enforcing effective employee policies. There will be topics of importance for the human resources director and the corporation president; material pertinent to the small as well as the large employer.
