  • Serve as local counsel for a national lender in a $100 million secured loan to an oil and gas refinery involving the subordination of eight tranches of debt aggregating $800 million.
  • Represent a regional lender group as lead counsel to two major sugar mills in Louisiana in a $55 million loan participation. The transaction was secured by the mills and UCC collateral, including sugarcane and sugar produced at the mills.
