Richard A. Curry

Richard "Rick" A. Curry is a member in the firm's Baton Rouge office. His practice is concentrated in environmental regulatory matters and in environmental and other commercial litigation. Rick represents clients in trial and appellate courts in litigation involving environmental disputes, oil and gas contract, toxic torts, Superfund and a wide variety of other commercial disputes. He regularly represents clients in environmental permitting and enforcement actions before state regulatory authorities.
