David J. Pederson is of counsel in the firm's Dallas office. He focuses his practice areas on banking, consumer finance, real estate, and construction law. David has 21 years of experience in the banking and finance industries, advising financial institutions on consumer lending and mortgage lending issues with particular expertise in mortgage lending origination and servicing requirements, secondary marketing issues, usury and fee exportation and state licensing and examination.
