A Message from our Managing Member
As we look ahead in 2023, we at McGlinchey are taking time to reflect on the previous year. Below, you will see a snapshot of what the firm and its people were up to in 2022.
One clear theme that arises is growth. We broadened our capabilities to serve the Cannabis and Maritime industries, opened two new offices (in Seattle and Providence), and hired 71 new employees. We have continued our emphasis on firm culture by investing in wellness, inclusion, and Fun for members of the McGlinchey Family. We reorganized our internal structure to position the firm for the future, named new leaders, and were recognized in categories such as “Best Places to Work” and “Top Firms for Diversity for Women,” to name a few of our 2022 accolades.
I am excited about McGlinchey’s momentum in the new year, and I hope you will join me in reviewing some highlights along the path that led us here.
Ever moving #McGlincheyForward,
Michael
