Associate Mindi Zudekoff joins McGlinchey in New York City
Read Time: 1 minMcGlinchey is pleased to announce that Associate Mindi Zudekoff has joined the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice in New York City. She counsels clients on consumer protection and lender liability claims with a particular focus on litigation related to residential foreclosure actions, title issues, and declaratory actions.
“I am glad for Mindi to join us here in the New York office,” said Mikelle Bliss, Managing Member of the New York City office. “Her unique background and legal acumen will be a benefit to our clients nationwide.”
McGlinchey currently has five attorneys and three legal and administrative staff members in New York City. Attorneys in this office focus on commercial litigation and consumer financial services litigation, representing some of the largest financial institutions in the United States. The firm also has an office in Albany with five attorneys.
Mindi has experience from previous positions representing banks in contested foreclosure and title cases, representing luxury apartment buildings in landlord/tenant proceedings, and representing mortgage servicers in settlement proceedings. Following law school, Mindi clerked for the Honorable Russell J. Passamano in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Newark, NJ. She has also worked as a court-certified mediator for special civil disputes.

Licensed in New Jersey and New York, Mindi earned a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and graduated cum laude with a B.A. from the University of Arizona. She is a member of the NYC Young Professionals Committee of the Chrohn’s and Colitis Foundation.
