Baton Rouge Office Honored Among “Best Places to Work”

The firm’s Baton Rouge office has once again been named to the annual list of “Best Places to Work” in Baton Rouge. McGlinchey Stafford was ranked seventh out of 20 large companies with 250 or more U.S. employees.

This year’s list was compiled following independent research from the Best Companies Group, which surveyed companies that chose to participate. Best Companies Group analyzed and ranked participating companies on eight core focus areas: leadership and planning; corporate culture and communications; role satisfaction; work environment; relationship with supervisor; training, development, and resources; pay and benefits; and overall engagement.
