Baton Rouge Office Listed Among “Best Places to Work”

The firm’s Baton Rouge office has been named to the annual list of “Best Places to Work” in Baton Rouge. McGlinchey Stafford is one of 20 honorees in the large company (more than 250 employees companywide) category, and one of 50 total honorees. The firm ranks eighth on this year’s list, up from fourteenth last year.

This year’s list was compiled following independent research from the Best Companies Group, which surveyed companies that chose to participate. Best Companies Group analyzed and ranked participating companies on eight core focus areas: leadership and planning; corporate culture and communications; role satisfaction; work environment; relationship with supervisor; training, development, and resources; pay and benefits; and overall engagement.

A complete list of companies mentioned in this year’s list was published in a special section in the October 14 issue of the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report, and honorees were recognized at a special breakfast October 14.
