Ben Gross Joins McGlinchey’s National Financial Institutions Compliance Practice Group in California
Read Time: 1 minMcGlinchey is pleased to announce that experienced financial services compliance attorney Ben Gross has joined the firm as a Member (Partner) in California, associated with the Irvine office. Ben focuses his practice on compliance matters facing the mortgage servicing and origination and Fintech industries.

Edelman, Chair of McGlinchey’s national Financial Institutions Compliance practice. “Our clients will benefit greatly from his extensive experience working with financial services providers on regulatory compliance, licensing, and data privacy matters.”
Prior to joining McGlinchey, Ben served as Assistant General Counsel for PennyMac Loan Services for 11 years, focusing on financial services regulations as well as mortgage servicing, origination, marketing, and state licensing. Before his legal career, Ben worked in software development and data analytics for a large national bank.

Ben earned a J.D. from Loyola Marymount University’s Law School in Los Angeles and a bachelor’s degree in information and computer science from the University of California in Irvine.
