Aaron Kouhoupt will co-present “Swipe Right for Scams: The Law vs. Electronic Payment Fraud” on November 20, 2025. This panel will provide an update on the latest developments in the law and private rules governing claims regarding electronic payment fraud. The panelists will discuss what is working, what isn’t, and what is coming next in the world of Regulation E, Article 4A, and beyond.

Sandy Shatz will present “Yogi Berra Does Legal Ethics: A Legal Presentation in Nine Innings” on November 21, 2025. Using the wit and wisdom of baseball legend Yogi Berra, this session takes a lighthearted but insightful look at ethical and professional responsibilities of in-house and outside counsel in today’s business world. Through real-world scenarios and classic Yogi Berra-isms, the panel will examine rules of professional conduct, client identification and representation, conflict management, and the challenges of advising multiple entities. Though “you can observe a lot by watching,” this session will help you understand even more.
