Commercial Litigator Greg Scialabba Joins McGlinchey’s Growing Boston Office
Read Time: 2 minsMcGlinchey is excited to announce that Greg Scialabba has joined the firm’s Commercial Litigation group as an associate in the Boston office. He handles matters ranging from complex commercial disputes and financial services litigation to business torts, government investigations, and regulatory proceedings in state and federal courts.
“Greg is a valuable addition to our practice, and we are proud to expand our firm with his skill set,” said Boston member and litigator Jack Siegal. “With his varied background in a wide range of litigation matters, we are confident that he will provide excellent service to our clients nationwide.”
Greg has worked on cases involving fiduciary duty violations, contract disputes, business torts, and other complex commercial disputes, as well as workplace discrimination and harassment, retaliation claims, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and wage and hour disputes. He also has experience with class actions. Greg is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has represented clients in state court and before administrative agencies, such as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.

Before joining McGlinchey, Greg worked as a litigation associate with regional firms representing businesses, non-profits, and licensed professionals in a variety of civil litigation matters.
A member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Greg received his J.D. from William and Mary Law School in 2018. While a student, he was a member of the William and Mary Business Law Review and a staff member for the Federal Income Taxation Clinic. He received a bachelor’s degree in philosophy in 2015 from the University of Virginia.
With Greg’s hire, McGlinchey has six attorneys serving clients nationwide from the firm’s Boston office, which opened in 2019.
