David Dugas Named Monthly Columnist on Oil and Gas Law for Corporate Compliance Insights

David Dugas, a member in McGlinchey Stafford’s Baton Rouge office, has been named the monthly columnist on oil and gas law for Corporate Compliance Insights.  The title of David’s column is “Drilling Deep into Oil and Gas Compliance.”

David’s first article, “SEMS II – Changing the Culture Offshore?” was published January 4, 2012.

David Dugas is a member of the firm, based in Baton Rouge.  He joined McGlinchey Stafford in 2010, after serving as U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Louisiana for nine years.  He chairs the firm’s national energy practice and co-chairs the firm’s government investigations practice.
