In this webinar sponsored by IADC’s Product Liability Committee, Rasch presented an overview of third-party litigation financing and litigation funders, focusing on the legality of such arrangements and the issues that practitioners may encounter, such as the discoverability of litigation funding arrangements, the effect of the collateral source rule on admissibility, and the applicability of state consumer credit laws.
