Francis H. “Rasch” Brown III Joins Products Liability Team
Read Time: 1 minMcGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce that Francis H. “Rasch” Brown III has joined the firm’s products liability litigation team as a Member in the New Orleans office.
Rasch brings more than 20 years of experience to McGlinchey Stafford. A seasoned litigator, he has successfully defended manufacturers and retailers in product liability cases throughout the Southeastern U.S., many involving fire, explosions, and/or catastrophic personal injuries. Rasch handles cases involving a wide array of commercial and consumer products, including appliances, industrial equipment, regulators, valves, motors, power tools, hand tools, chemicals, ladders, and car and truck tires. He frequently addresses national organizations on product liability issues, including the DRI (Defense Research Institute), the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI, and the Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association.
Rasch earned his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Alabama School of Law in 1985 and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama in 1981.
