Member R. Marshall Grodner will give a presentation on “Inventory Financing” at the Practising Law Institute’s Asset Based Financing Strategies 2017 Seminar in New York, NY on February 6.

The presentation will cover common inventory financing structures, floor plan financing and consignments, purchase-money inventory priority, and structuring an inventory borrowing base.
