Kelly Lipinski Named Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow for 2015Read Time: 1 min
McGlinchey Stafford proudly announces that Kelly Lipinski has been selected for the 2015 Fellows Program of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), a national organization made up of the legal profession’s top general counsel and managing partners. Lipinski, a member in the firm’s Cleveland, Ohio office, is the fifth McGlinchey Stafford attorney to participate in this program.
“We are excited that our colleague, Kelly Lipinski, will have the opportunity to participate in the outstanding LCLD Fellows program,” said Mark Edelman, Managing Member of McGlinchey Stafford’s Cleveland office “She joins a select group of experienced attorneys from diverse backgrounds who have been recognized for their potential as leaders in their organizations.”
McGlinchey Stafford has been a member of LCLD since 2011, when the Fellows Program was started.

According to LCLD President Robert J. Grey, Jr., the LCLD Fellows Program offers participants “an extraordinarily rich year of relationship-building, virtual and in-person training, peer-group projects, and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership.”
Launched in 2011, the LCLD Fellows Program is an ambitious, highly structured initiative designed to increase diversity at the leadership levels of the nation’s law firms and corporate legal departments.
