Marisa Roman Named to 2025 Super Lawyers Massachusetts Rising Stars

Marisa Roman has been named a Rising Star in Business Litigation since 2021. Previously, she was named a Rising Star in Product Liability in 2019.
A multi-disciplinary litigator with a strong business background, Marisa’s practice includes a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, ranging from commercial and contract disputes to bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, products liability, lender liability, insurance defense, professional liability unfair and deceptive trade practices, and construction litigation. Marisa also has experience in litigation matters involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and related consumer protection state laws. She has also represented corporations, professional designers, architects, engineering firms, general contractors, subcontractors, and insurers in construction defect and injury in product liability, construction defect, professional negligence, toxic tort litigation, premises liability, insurance coverage, and property damage cases.
