Marshall Grodner Elected to Board of Regents of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers
Read Time: 1 minThe prestigious organization known as the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers elected Grodner to serve on its Board of Regents for his preeminence in commercial finance law and his dedication to the education of others in this field. Known for his experience in secured lending, Grodner represents lenders in numerous large commercial transactions, locally, regionally and nationally. He has also been in the forefront of intercity redevelopment, having done pioneering work with non-profit and for-profit developers in putting properties adjudicated to municipalities or sold at tax sale back into commerce. Grodner will serve a term of four years, expiring in 2011.
Marshall Grodner is a member in McGlinchey Stafford’s Baton Rouge office. His practice focuses primarily in commercial transactions, secured transactions, commercial finance, opinion letters, commercial real estate and gaming law. Grodner serves as chair of the firm’s legal opinion committee.
In addition, Grodner has authored or co-authored several articles in law reviews and other publications dealing with secured transactions, commercial real estate and other business law issues. Marshall has also delivered lectures and papers throughout the country dealing with loan documentation, secured transactions and real estate law.
