McGlinchey adds Associate Kayleigh Wright in Jacksonville

Based in the firm’s Jacksonville office, Kayleigh will represent clients in a broad range of financial services and commercial litigation matters.
“Kayleigh is a talented attorney whose experience in financial services litigation will strengthen our team’s capabilities and enhance the services we provide to our clients,” said Kim Israel, Managing Member of McGlinchey’s Jacksonville office. “We are excited to welcome her to the firm and look forward to her contributions.”
With previous experience as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 title insurance company, Kayleigh represents clients in mortgage litigation, contract and real estate disputes, title disputes and other civil litigation.
“Kayleigh’s knowledge and in-house experience make her a strong addition to our litigation team,” said Shaun Ramey, Chair of the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice group. “Her ability to navigate complex legal challenges will be a tremendous asset to our clients.”
Kayleigh earned her J.D. from the University of Kentucky’s J. David Rosenberg College of Law, where she served as the Women’s Law Caucus’s Executive Board Service Chair and contributed to the Kentucky Law Journal. She earned her B.S. with Distinction and Honors in Public Financial Management and Law and Public Policy from Indiana University, School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Kayleigh also participated in the University of Augsburg’s International/Global Studies Program. She is admitted to practice in Florida and Kentucky.
McGlinchey Stafford’s Jacksonville office recently relocated to a new office space, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to growth and service in the region. The firm has three offices in Florida (including Fort Lauderdale and the Tampa office, which opened in 2024) with 24 Florida employees, including 18 attorneys licensed to practice in the state.
