McGlinchey Attorney Adina Pollan Receives Florida Legal RecognitionsRead Time: 2 mins
McGlinchey is proud to announce that Member (Partner) Adina Pollan has received the Leaders in the Law Award from the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL), which strives to propel women lawyers into economic, social, and leadership spheres of power. She is also recognized in the 2022 edition of Florida Trend’s Florida Legal Elite, which lists just over 1% of the active Florida Bar members.
“I’m honored to be recognized by my peers,” Adina said. “I value my relationships with fellow members of the Florida Bar, and am humbled that my friends and colleagues hold me in such high regard.”
The Leaders in the Law Award recognizes outstanding women who have made significant impacts in their communities. The award is intended to promote women who have made meaningful contributions through their legal service or volunteer activities and who have provided a positive role model for FAWL members.
The business magazine Florida Trend’s Legal Elite offers a peer-reviewed resource listing of the state’s top lawyers. To develop this year’s list, all actively practicing Florida lawyers were invited to name the attorneys that they hold in highest regard – lawyers with whom they have personally worked and would recommend to others.
Adina is a Member (partner) in McGlinchey’s Financial Services Litigation group in the firm’s Jacksonville office. She focuses her practice on legal matters touching every point of the corporate life cycle, including corporate formation, governance, transactions, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy. She has received an AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized for her work in bankruptcy by Florida Super Lawyers.
Adina graduated from Emory University before going on to earn her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She worked for several large national law firms before becoming of counsel at a regional law firm, and then partner at a local boutique firm.
