McGlinchey attorneys earn Information Privacy certification

All three of these attorneys represent banks and other providers of consumer financial services, institutions subject to the highest degree and volume of privacy and information security regulation. They advise clients on matters involving privacy and information security program management, technology acquisition, and corporate incident response, in both the regulatory compliance and litigation contexts. They represent three of the firm’s 15 offices.
This designation, conferred by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), recognizes these attorneys’ mastery of jurisdictional laws, regulations, and enforcement models, as well as legal requirements for handling and transferring data.
