The repeated workplace honors we have received since 2022 are an indication that what we’re doing is meaningful for our people.”
In addition to these recognitions, McGlinchey’s Baton Rouge and New Orleans offices were both recognized – based on employee input – as Best Places to Work (for the third and fifth consecutive years, respectively) earlier in the year. The firm achieved Midsize Mansfield certification for the third time in 2025 and has implemented a number of structural changes to both attorney and administrative leadership in recent years.
The Best Companies Group recognition is based on McGlinchey employee responses to the Best Places to Work surveys completed across multiple offices. The Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly award is designed to recognize law firms that have demonstrated a commitment to hiring and promoting women, providing mentoring and opportunities for professional advancement to women attorneys, and establishing programs and policies to help women attorneys thrive professionally. The New Orleans CityBusiness honor showcases tangible and innovative efforts by companies to advance women in the workplace and community.
