McGlinchey News Release
McGlinchey Launches Podcast That Brings You “More”
McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce the launch of its podcast, “More With McGlinchey,” available now where you listen to podcasts.
“We know our clients look to us to cut through the noise in distilling the issues that matter to them,” said Rudy Aguilar, McGlinchey’s Managing Member. “We’re committed to providing information where our audience looks for it – whether by webinar, client alert, custom CLE, and now via podcast. ‘More with McGlinchey’ offers our clients, as well as the community, one more vehicle to get the answers they need, when they need them.”
“More With McGlinchey” will dive into the current issues and legal trends impacting clients’ businesses. Episodes will be short—five to 15 minutes— and focus on a specific topic of particular interest to clients and other listeners in the industries we serve. McGlinchey attorneys will explore timely, complex issues based on client questions, equipping them to make informed decisions in real-time.
The first three episodes will showcase the breadth of knowledge and experience within the firm, covering topics such as:
- “Do I need a lawyer? Government employees under investigation” with Bob Driscoll and Dan Plunkett, Chairs of the Government and Internal Investigations team
- “Client Confidentiality In The Age of Coronavirus” by Christine Lipsey, McGlinchey’s General Counsel
- “Employee Benefits Considerations Post-Pandemic” with Kathy Conklin and Francis “Rasch” Brown of the Labor and Employment team
Upcoming episodes will explore credit reporting under the CARES Act, personal jurisdiction in products liability cases, and cloud computing for banks, among others.
