McGlinchey Names Wojcik Nashville Office Managing Member
Read Time: 2 minsMcGlinchey Stafford is proud to announce the appointment of Will Wojcik as the Office Managing Member of its Nashville office. Millennial and Gen X leaders comprise 88% of McGlinchey office leadership, a testament to the firm’s ongoing leadership development and succession planning efforts. Shaun Ramey, who opened McGlinchey’s Nashville office and served as Office Managing Member since 2018, continues his role as Chair of the national Financial Services Litigation practice, the firm’s largest team.

The Nashville office, which moved into the iconic Batman Building in 2023, has grown in the past six months with the return of Member Dylan Reeves in July and the addition of former Summer Associate Ian N. Joseph as an Associate this fall. McGlinchey has seven attorneys and five administrative and staff employees based in Nashville and others working remotely across Middle Tennessee as part of the 350 employees who work in 18 offices and remotely across the U.S. Will joined McGlinchey in July, 2023, as did Associate Cole Hodge. Intellectual property and entertainment attorney Hillel Frankel joined the firm in January, 2023.

Will is a veteran litigator and courtroom attorney who has tried numerous jury and bench trials to verdict, prosecuting and defending claims in state, federal, appellate, and administrative courts. His diverse practice extends from managing complex commercial litigation to serving as clients’ outside general counsel, advising on all aspects of corporate, transactional, governance, and tax matters, as well as construction defect, real estate, contract, and zoning disputes. His clients range from campus organizations and start-ups to large national corporations.
Licensed in Tennessee, Will holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School, and a B.A. in Sociology and Philosophy from the University of Minnesota. He has been recognized by Mid-South Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” in Business Litigation since 2022. He served on the Board of Directors for Autism Tennessee from 2018-2022 and on the Grand Council of Sigma Pi Fraternity from 2016-2020. He has served on the Board of Zoning and Appeals for his local community since 2023.
