McGlinchey Stafford Adds Three Attorneys in Fort Lauderdale
Read Time: 1 minMcGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce that three new attorneys have joined the firm’s Fort Lauderdale, Florida office: Stephen Abeyta, Joseph Apatov and Ian Norych. The three attorneys will bolster the firm’s commercial litigation practice in Florida.

ABOUT THE ATTORNEYS
Stephen Abeyta has joined the firm as an Associate in the commercial litigation section of the firm. Abeyta’s practice encompasses a variety of commercial cases, including products liability, construction litigation, creditors’ rights litigation, and real estate and bankruptcy litigation. Abeyta received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from New York University.
Joseph Apatov has joined the firm as an Associate handling commercial litigation and consumer financial services litigation. Apatov primarily handles commercial mortgage foreclosure litigation and real estate and title litigation. He received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and his B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University, with honors.
Ian Norych has joined the firm as an Associate handling consumer financial services litigation and commercial litigation. His practice focuses on contested mortgage litigation, as well as premises liability and real estate litigation. He also has experience in complex liability defense, including products liability, commercial trucking and general insurance defense. Norych received his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law, his M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University and his B.S. from the University of South Florida.
