McGlinchey Stafford Attorney Marshall Grodner named ACCFL Vice President

McGlinchey Stafford is proud to announce that attorney Marshall Grodner (Baton Rouge) has been named 2019 Vice President of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL). He was appointed a lifelong Fellow of the College in 2006 and has served on the group’s Executive Committee as Treasurer in 2018.
Grodner’s nearly thirty-year career has established him as a national authority in real estate and commercial finance. He is also a licensed title insurance agent, is a leading voice in legal opinions, and lectures nationally on real estate, commercial finance, legal opinions, and legal ethics and professionalism.
In addition to his leadership in ACCFL, Marshall has also held positions within the American Bar Association (ABA)’s Business Law and Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law Sections; the American College of Real Estate Lawyers; and the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys, Inc. He is a contributing reporter of “The Uniform Commercial Code Opinions In Real Estate Finance Transactions Report,” which will be published in the Fall 2018/Winter 2019 issue of the ABA’s Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Journal.
