McGlinchey Stafford Continues Growth in Florida: Three New Attorneys Join the Jacksonville Office

The three attorneys join the national law firm’s commercial litigation practice, which is ranked among the most respected litigation groups in the United States.

ABOUT THE ATTORNEYS
Shelbi L. Cardwell has joined the firm as an Associate in the commercial litigation section of the firm. She primarily handles consumer financial services litigation involving real estate and title issues, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, and banking and mortgage litigation. She received her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law (magna cum laude), her M.B.A. from Jacksonville University and her B.S. from the University of Texas.
Amy B. Kisz has joined the firm as an Associate. Her practice includes the representation of mortgage lenders, servicers and other financial services institutions in consumer financial services litigation, real estate litigation and general commercial litigation. She received her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law and her M.S. and B.A. from the University of Florida.
William E. Oglesby has joined the firm as an Associate handling consumer financial services litigation and general commercial litigation. Oglesby primarily represents financial institutions in banking and mortgage litigation, and real estate and title issues. He received his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law and his B.A. from Georgia State University.
