McGlinchey Stafford Elects Kelly Lipinski as a Member of the Firm

McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce the election of Kelly Lipinski as a Member of the firm.  Ms. Lipinski joined McGlinchey Stafford’s Cleveland, Ohio office as an Associate in 2008.

Ms. Lipinski practices in the consumer financial services section of the firm and primarily handles compliance and regulatory matters for banks, depository institutions, mortgage companies, sales finance companies and education lenders.  She earned a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2006, and a B.A. and B.S. from Case Western Reserve University in 2003.
