McGlinchey Stafford Elects Three New Members

- Andy Cao, Houston, Texas
- Dwayne Danner, Dallas, Texas
- Stewart Spielman, Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Andy Cao is a member in the firm’s Houston, Texas office and represents clients from diverse fields of business including insurance brokerage firms, businesses, maritime lenders and automobile manufacturers. He has more than a decade of experience handling commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes. Cao received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2001 and a Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude) from the University of St. Thomas, Houston in 1998.
Dwayne Danner is a member in the firm’s Dallas, Texas office. For more than fifteen years, Danner’s practice has focused on consumer financial services and commercial litigation, various types of insurance defense and real estate litigation. Danner received a Juris Doctor degree from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 1995 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1992.
Stewart Spielman is a member in the firm’s commercial litigation section. His main areas of practice are bankruptcy, creditor rights, commercial finance litigation, and structured finance. Stewart received his Juris Doctor degree (Maritime Law Certificate) from Tulane University Law School in 2003, and received his Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Psychology from Louisiana State University in 2000.
