McGlinchey Stafford Tops the Charts of Corporate Counsel’s “Who Represents America’s Biggest Companies”

McGlinchey Stafford announced today that it is recognized in Corporate Counsel magazine’s “Who Represents America’s Biggest Companies” survey as one of the law firms most often used by Fortune 500 companies in 2013.
The “Who Represents America’s Biggest Companies” survey is conducted annually by Corporate Counsel magazine through extensive review of public records to determine which law firms Fortune 500 companies use for outside legal services.
McGlinchey Stafford made the top 25 list of law firms most listed as outside counsel to some of America’s largest companies for the practice areas of Torts Litigation and Contracts Litigation.
- Torts Litigation – McGlinchey Stafford was ranked 21st nationally among law firms most often mentioned as outside counsel in the area of Torts Litigation. Thirteen Fortune 500 companies cited the firm in this area.
- Contracts Litigation – The firm was noted as outside counsel to twelve Fortune 500 companies in the area of Contracts Litigation. McGlinchey Stafford ranked 23rd in the country for its number of mentions in this area.
Of the twenty-five clients that cited the firm as outside counsel, nine are Fortune 50 companies. The firm’s clients on this list are from diverse industries including: financial services, manufacturing, communications and retail.
