McGlinchey Stafford Welcomes Four Associates to New York City Office
Read Time: 2 minsMcGlinchey Stafford PLLC is pleased to announce the hire of four Associates in the Commercial Litigation practice group in New York City: Dennis Amore, Odera Chuke, Ronald Park, and Amier Shenoda. These attorneys represent firm clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation and financial services litigation matters in the federal and state courts in Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York. Primarily, they defend consumer financial services litigation claims in lender liability actions in state and federal courts on behalf of national and state banks, mortgage servicers, and other financial institutions.
Amore has experience representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings in multiple jurisdictions. He has also represented clients in civil litigation matters in federal court and in the Appellate Division, and is experienced in corporate law and real estate transactions. Dennis is licensed in New York and New Jersey and holds a J.D. from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
Chuke has previously handled consumer banking and finance litigation matters emanating from across the country in both state and federal court. She is licensed in New York and the District of Columbia. Odera earned a J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law, and is a volunteer with New York Cares.
Prior to joining McGlinchey Stafford, Park served as an Agency Attorney in the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB), where he worked in the Administrative Enforcement Unit’s Special Enforcement Team, successfully investigating and prosecuting enforcement actions against noncompliant licensed architects and engineers. Licensed in New York and New Jersey, Ronald holds a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He also speaks Korean and is a member of the Asian American Bar Association of New York and the Korean American Lawyers Association.
In addition to Shenoda’s previous experience representing clients in financial services litigation, real estate and title litigation, and claims of federal and state regulatory violations, he has also worked to develop policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, settlement negotiations, and real estate closings. Licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, he is a member of the New York City Bar Association and earned a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
