Amore has experience representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings in multiple jurisdictions. He has also represented clients in civil litigation matters in federal court and in the Appellate Division, and is experienced in corporate law and real estate transactions. Dennis is licensed in New York and New Jersey and holds a J.D. from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
Chuke has previously handled consumer banking and finance litigation matters emanating from across the country in both state and federal court. She is licensed in New York and the District of Columbia. Odera earned a J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law, and is a volunteer with New York Cares.
Prior to joining McGlinchey Stafford, Park served as an Agency Attorney in the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB), where he worked in the Administrative Enforcement Unit’s Special Enforcement Team, successfully investigating and prosecuting enforcement actions against noncompliant licensed architects and engineers. Licensed in New York and New Jersey, Ronald holds a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He also speaks Korean and is a member of the Asian American Bar Association of New York and the Korean American Lawyers Association.
In addition to Shenoda’s previous experience representing clients in financial services litigation, real estate and title litigation, and claims of federal and state regulatory violations, he has also worked to develop policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, settlement negotiations, and real estate closings. Licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, he is a member of the New York City Bar Association and earned a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
“These four attorneys bring to McGlinchey Stafford’s Commercial Litigation and Financial Services Litigation team invaluable experience and perspective in service of our clients’ needs in the Northeast and nationwide,” said Anthony Rollo, who chairs the firm’s national Commercial Litigation practice group. The eleven attorneys in McGlinchey Stafford’s New York City office, founded in 2014, focus on commercial litigation and consumer financial services litigation, representing some of the largest financial institutions in the United States.
