McGlinchey Stafford Welcomes Peter J. Maskow

McGlinchey Stafford PLLC is pleased to announce that Peter J. Maskow has joined the firm’s Fort Lauderdale, Fla. office as an Associate. Maskow will work within the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group.
With eight years of experience, Maskow focuses his practice on commercial litigation and consumer financial services litigation. He represents clients in federal and state courts. His litigation and dispute resolution experience includes representing national and state banks, consumer finance companies, mortgage banks and lenders, mortgage loan servicers and issuers, and other consumer financial services providers.
Additionally, Maskow has significant experience representing clients in intellectual property litigation and insurance coverage litigation.

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Maskow obtained his B.A., cum laude, from Ohio University in 2008. He earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2011 and was a member of the champion 2011 National Energy and Sustainability Moot Court Competition team.
