McGlinchey Stafford’s Financial Services Team Hosts “Emerging Issues in Banking Law” CLE event
Read Time: 1 minMcGlinchey Stafford PLLC will host a seminar discussing up-to-the-minute information on topics of interest to in-house banking counsel, from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3, at The Club in Birmingham.
The agenda will cover topics ranging from employee compensation, to cybersecurity, to ethical challenges, to cannabis banking, to Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL) considerations, to lender liability. Five attorneys from McGlinchey Stafford’s nationwide Financial Services teams will present, representing the firm’s banking counsel, tax law, consumer financial services compliance, commercial litigation, cybersecurity, corporate, and structured finance practice groups. These speakers are joined by colleagues from Warren Averett, the Alabama State Bar, Alabama State Banking Department, and University of Alabama School of Law for dynamic discussions featuring real-world applications of legal developments.
