McGlinchey Welcomes Financial Services Litigator Adina Pollan to Jacksonville Office
Read Time: 2 minsMcGlinchey is pleased to announce that Adina Pollan has joined the firm’s Financial Services Litigation group as a Member (Partner) in the Jacksonville office. Adina will focus her practice on legal matters spanning the corporate life cycle, from bankruptcy and commercial litigation to corporate formation, governance, and transactions.
“Adina is a very respected lawyer in our community and we are thrilled to welcome her to McGlinchey’s Jacksonville office,” said Kim H. Israel, Co-Managing Attorney of the Fort Lauderdale and Jacksonville offices. “Her diverse expertise and statewide practice paired with her knowledge of Florida’s judicial and legal landscape will benefit our clients tremendously as we expand our business litigation and corporate work throughout Florida.”
Adina previously founded Pollan Legal, a firm with areas of practice in corporate representation, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy. She has represented the interests of creditors and debtors in a variety of matters under the Bankruptcy Code, from Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13. She also has represented businesses in disputes involving fraud, breach of contract, business ownership, non-competes, franchising, intellectual property, and fiduciary duty matters.

Adina has been recognized for her work in bankruptcy by Florida Super Lawyers and Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite,” and has received an AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell. She also received the 2021-2022 “Leaders in Law” award from the Florida Association of Women Lawyers on behalf of the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association. Adina worked for several large national law firms before becoming of counsel at a regional law firm and then partner at a local boutique firm, prior to founding Pollan Legal.

Adina received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2005. She received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Emory University in 2001.
