McGlinchey Welcomes Financial Services Litigator Robert Castricone to Cleveland Office
Read Time: 2 minsMcGlinchey is pleased to announce that Robert “Bobby” Castricone has joined the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice group as an associate in the Cleveland office. Bobby will focus his practice on representing consumer financial services companies in matters brought under the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act and other state Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices (UDAAP) laws, as well as the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and Truth in Lending Act (TILA).
“Bobby is a wonderful addition to our Cleveland office,” said Kelly Lipinski, managing member of the Cleveland office. “His broad experience in banking experience will enhance our robust legal services in the realm of consumer finance and commercial litigation.”
Prior to joining McGlinchey, Bobby served as an associate attorney at Weltman, Weinberg, & Reis Co., LPA, and Lyons, Doughty & Veldhuis P.C/P.A., where he managed creditor’s rights and litigation cases, conducted legal research, and drafted pleadings, motions, and other various briefs.

Bobby has served as a senior consumer lending litigation specialist at Huntington National Bank, where he collaborated closely with outside counsel to litigate residential foreclosure and consumer collections cases. He also reviewed cases to minimize risk and ensure proper compliance and supervised legal strategy.
Bobby received his J.D., cum laude,from Capital University Law School in 2018. He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws in banking and finance law at Boston University Law School. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Ohio State University in 2013.
