McGlinchey Welcomes Litigator Bianca Badurina in New Orleans
Read Time: 2 minsMcGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce that Bianca Badurina has joined the firm’s Enterprise Litigation and Investigations group as an associate in the New Orleans office. Bianca focuses her practice on complex matters ranging from insurance coverage and general civil litigation to personal injury, premises liability, workplace injury, and workers’ compensation claims.
“We are pleased to welcome Bianca to McGlinchey’s growing team in New Orleans,” said Mag Bickford, Managing Member of the firm’s New Orleans office. “Her skills and experience will supplement the excellent legal services we provide to our clients nationwide.” Bianca is the seventh associate to join McGlinchey’s New Orleans office since the fall of 2022 and the eleventh attorney to join the office in the past year.
Before joining the firm as an associate, Bianca served as an associate at Lobman Carnahan, where she defended insurers in the areas of property and casualty insurance litigation, insurance coverage, and general civil litigation.
“Bianca’s insurance defense and products liability capabilities will be an asset to our team as we continue to provide clients with innovative legal strategies in complex litigation,” said Dan Plunkett, chair of the firm’s Enterprise Litigation and Investigations practice group, which has brought on 11 new attorneys since June 2022.
While a law student, Bianca interned for the Hon. James L. Dennis in the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. As a student attorney in the Tulane Criminal Justice Clinic, she is particularly proud of a letter she helped draft to the governor advocating for the release of a non-unanimously convicted and incarcerated domestic violence survivor, who was ultimately granted clemency.
Bianca received her J.D. from Tulane University in 2021. While a student, she served as a student attorney for the Tulane Criminal Justice Clinic. She received a bachelor’s degree in global affairs, cum laude, in 2014 from George Mason University, where she minored in journalism. Before attending law school, Bianca worked as an intern and associate in the White House.
