McGlinchey Wins Top Law Firm at PBC Conference, Attorneys Named Global Top 200 Cannabis Lawyers

Heidi, a partner in the firm’s Seattle office and co-chair of its Cannabis Industry Group, has earned a national reputation in the cannabis industry. As a prominent voice on legal issues affecting industry participants, Heidi is frequently invited to speak on the complex regulations surrounding marijuana, hemp, and cannabinoid businesses. She advises clients on corporate formation, financing, regulatory compliance, and litigation across the industry. Heidi has consistently been named to the Global Top 200 Cannabis Lawyers since 2020.
Daniel, also based in Seattle, is a regulatory and corporate attorney advising cannabis businesses, government agencies, and top-tier corporations on contracts, regulatory guidance, and transactions. He has served on the Executive Board of the Washington State Bar Association’s Cannabis Law Section and teaches Cannabis Law as an Affiliate Instructor at the University of Washington School of Law. Daniel is frequently quoted in major publications such as The Washington Post and Bloomberg.
