McGlinchey’s Bickford Included in Biz New Orleans 500 List: 2026 Edition

The annual New Orleans 500, now in its fifth edition, is published by Biz New Orleans and showcases the influential leaders driving today’s regional economy and shaping tomorrow’s opportunities. This comprehensive work highlights executives across the 10-parish business community, offering professional insights, biographical details, and personal perspectives that reveal the real people behind the titles.
Mag is the Chair of McGlinchey’s Labor and Employment group, serving clients nationwide and providing practical, effective solutions for the full range of workplace issues and employment disputes facing private and public companies. She is also the immediate past Managing Attorney of McGlinchey’s New Orleans office, a position she held for five years. Mag emphasized collaboration and culture and focused on fostering an inclusive, collegial office environment during her tenure. Under her leadership, the office grew by 25 new attorneys and 22 staff and business professionals, and was named among New Orleans CityBusiness’s Best Places to Work for five years in a row.
Mag was a member of the 2025 Leadership Louisiana Class of Leaders for a Better Louisiana, a program that connects and inspires emerging and current leaders from across the state to address key public issues effectively. Mag has served on numerous Boards throughout New Orleans, including the Women’s Professional Council of New Orleans, where she also served as a former president, St. Anna’s, Lambeth House, Lambeth House Foundation, Boys Town Louisiana, and Holy Rosary Academy and High School. A proud New Orleanian, Mag is a member of the women’s Mardi Gras Krewe of Muses. She also founded a women’s group called Kru du Vin, which combines wine and food tasting with a bit of networking and a lot of fun.
Mag was honored as a 2024 “Woman of the Year” by New Orleans City Business in recognition of her business success and dedication to the area community, her third time receiving the award, placing her in the Women of the Year Hall of Fame. She has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® in employment law management, labor law management, and labor and employment litigation, and Chambers USA ranks her in their Louisiana Labor and Employment list.
