McGlinchey’s Camille Bryant Selected for New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute Program
Read Time: 2 minsMcGlinchey is proud to announce that the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI) has selected Camille Bryant (New Orleans) to participate in its annual Regional Leadership Program. This nine-month intensive training program brings together some of the most influential leaders in southeast Louisiana to facilitate dialogue around regional concerns.
“I am honored to participate in NORLI’s Regional Leadership Program,” said Camille. “I am passionate about this community, and I look forward to connecting with other leaders and working to create positive change in the New Orleans region.”
Camille is a Member in McGlinchey’s Labor and Employment practice group. She guides employers through a wide range of employment law issues, whether through litigation or advice and counsel. As a DEI trainer and facilitator, Camille guides organizations in creating workplace cultures of safety, respect, diversity, and inclusion, and helps employers effectively investigate, defend against, and develop advance plans to avoid or minimize workplace crises stemming from claims of workplace misconduct.
NORLI’s Regional Leadership Program Class of 2022 features a cross-section of executives, elected officials, nonprofit managers, and civic leaders. They will meet for regular sessions from January through September to discuss issues facing the New Orleans community. Topics will include public policy, education, economic development, diversity and equity, criminal justice, environmental sustainability, and health care. Through dialogue, they will develop ideas to make the region more competitive and more equitable.

NORLI is a non-profit organization focused on promoting regionalism. Its alumni include state legislators, mayors, university presidents, and chief executive officers. The organization’s mission is to provide current and emerging leaders with a more thorough understanding of issues and an enhanced ability to collaborate for the greater good of the community.
