McGlinchey’s Grodner Appointed to Louisiana Bankers Association’s Bank Counsel Committee

McGlinchey proudly announces that R. Marshall Grodner, a member in our Baton Rouge office, has been appointed to the Bank Counsel Committee of the Louisiana Bankers Association (LBA). This prestigious appointment highlights Marshall’s extensive knowledge and dedication to the legal field, particularly in banking and finance law.

The LBA Bank Counsel Committee serves as the leadership group for the LBA Bank Counsel Section, providing essential input and guidance on significant legal and legislative issues impacting the Louisiana banking industry. The committee is instrumental in shaping policies and addressing the legal challenges faced by banks across the state.

Marshall brings a wealth of experience to this role, having represented financial institutions and corporate clients in complex commercial transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
