The LBA Bank Counsel Committee serves as the leadership group for the LBA Bank Counsel Section, providing essential input and guidance on significant legal and legislative issues impacting the Louisiana banking industry. Marshall brings a wealth of experience to this role, having represented financial institutions and corporate clients in complex commercial transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
