Read Time: 1 minThe American Bar Association (ABA) has released a new version of the two-volume book “Commercial Lending Law, Second Edition: A Jurisdiction-by-Jurisdiction Guide of U.S. and Canada.” H. Hunter Twiford, III, a partner in McGlinchey Stafford’s Jackson Mississippi office, authored the Mississippi chapter of the book.
The publication outlines applicable commercial lending laws in all 50 states and serves as a resource for lenders and attorneys negotiating or reviewing commercial lending laws outside of their own jurisdictions.
Hunter also wrote the Mississippi law chapter of the First Edition of the book published in 2009, and the Mississippi Chapter of “The Law of Guaranties: A Jurisdiction-by-Jurisdiction Guide to the U.S. and Canada,” also published by the ABA in 2013.
