Product Liability 101 – A Primer on American Product Liability Law

Member Gary Hebert (New Orleans) will give a Products Liability presentation on September 27, 2018 at a monthly luncheon of the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Southern U.S., in Houston. The session is Product Liability 101 – A Primer on American Product Liability Law and is geared toward executives and non-lawyers who seek a basic understanding of product liability theories encountered in United States Courts. His presentation will also touch on the European Privacy Laws, highlighting some of the challenges faced by European-based manufacturers who have been sued in the United States.
