On Tuesday, September 24, Susan Desmond (New Orleans) will co-present “Chevron Deference Disappearing Act—What to Expect Going Forward.” The presenters will discuss in depth the areas impacted by the overturning of the Chevron Doctrine.

On Wednesday, September 25, Courtney Joiner (Baton Rouge) will co-present “Politics, Persuasion and the Winds of Change—What to Expect Post-Election.” This session will discuss how to prepare for success after the election season.
