Prominent Litigator Thomas M. Hanson Joins McGlinchey Stafford’s Dallas Commercial Litigation Practice Group

McGlinchey Stafford PLLC is pleased to announce Thomas M. Hanson has joined the firm’s Dallas office and Commercial Litigation practice group as a Member.
Hanson is a well-known litigator who represents business clients in complex litigation and class actions locally and nationally. He has significant experience in matters involving consumer finance laws, mortgage fraud, real estate, land use and zoning, products liability, design defect, consumer protection, and business torts. Hanson’s practice encompasses all aspects of civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels, including multidistrict litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Hanson received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and his B.A. from the University of Michigan. He serves as co-editor of the Consumer Financial Services Answer Book, published annually by the Practising Law Institute since 2011.
