R. Marshall Grodner Elected Fellow of American College of Commercial Finance LawyersRead Time: 1 min
The American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers recently elected R. Marshall Grodner as a new fellow. Grodner is a Member in the Baton Rouge office where he focuses primarily on commercial transactions, secured transactions, commercial finance, commercial real estate and gaming law.
The prestigious organization selected Grodner for his preeminence in commercial finance law and his dedication to the education of others in this field. Known for his experience in secured lending, Grodner represents lenders in numerous large commercial transactions, locally, regionally and nationally. He has also been in the forefront of intercity redevelopment, having done pioneering work with non-profit and for-profit developers in putting properties adjudicated to municipalities or sold at tax sale back into commerce. In addition, Grodner has served as an adjunct professor at the Louisiana State University Law Center and has written various articles on the subject of commercial finance.
