This past year has seen a remarkable number of wide splits and controversial opinions. Rudy Cerone (New Orleans) will participate in a panel discussion on recent consumer case law developments during the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Caribbean Insolvency Symposium on February 9, 2021.

The panel, moderated by ABI Editor-at-Large Bill Rochelle, will discuss and analyze current notable business and consumer bankruptcy cases.

Rudy also serves as co-chair of the symposium, a half-day of interactive and informative programming for regional judges and top practitioners examining the top issues facing the industry.
